Welcome to Gusar Electric Solution LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern the professional relationship between our company and our clients. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Provisions & Licensing

  • Entity: Gusar Electric Solution LLC is a registered electrical contractor.
  • Service Areas: We are fully licensed and insured to operate in North Carolina and South Carolina.
  • Compliance: All installations follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local municipal requirements.

2. Special Provisions for Commercial Clients

Given the complexity of commercial electrical systems and “build-out” projects, the following terms apply to all business, industrial, and multi-family residential contracts:

  • Project Scheduling & Access: We understand that commercial projects often require strict adherence to construction timelines. Clients must provide clear access to the site. If work is required outside of standard business hours to avoid business interruption, this must be specified in the initial quote.
  • Progress Payments: For large-scale commercial builds, Gusar Electric Solution LLC reserves the right to request progress payments (milestones). Terms : Deposit / Rough-in completion / Final inspection.
  • Change Orders: Any modifications to the original blueprint or additional power requirements requested by the General Contractor or Business Owner must be documented via a written Change Order and may affect the final price.
  • Site Safety & OSHA: Our team adheres to strict safety protocols. We reserve the right to pause work if the commercial site is deemed unsafe by our Lead Electrician.

3. Residential Renovations & “Clean Site” Policy

  • Respect for Property: We treat every home with “white-glove” care.
  • Clean Site Protocol: Our team uses protective coverings for flooring and furniture. We perform a thorough cleanup at the end of every workday to ensure the living space remains functional for the family during the renovation process.

4. Estimates, Permits & Utilities

  • Validity: Written estimates are valid for 30 days.
  • Permitting: Gusar Electric Solution LLC manages the entire permitting process with local departments (e.g., Mecklenburg County Code Enforcement).
  • Utility Coordination: We act as your liaison with Duke Energy for service upgrades, disconnections, and “Make Ready” processes. The client is responsible for utility-side fees.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • Workmanship Warranty: We provide a 1-year warranty on all labor performed by our team.
  • Equipment: Warranty for specific hardware (panels, EV chargers, LED fixtures) is provided by the manufacturer.
  • Limitation of Liability: Gusar Electric Solution LLC is not liable for business loss or “downtime” caused by pre-existing electrical failures or utility-side outages.

6. Payment & Late Fees

  • Final payment is due upon successful passing of the final electrical inspection or as per the specific contract agreement.
  • Late payments may be subject to a 5% monthly finance charge.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and the State of North Carolina, depending on the physical location of the project.
